Growth is easier to manage when you can see what it asks of your finances. A larger order, a new hire or a second location can create opportunity while increasing the cash your business needs.

Know where your cash is going

We help organise expected receipts, operating payments and committed spending into a practical cash-flow view. The aim is to spot pressure early, ask the right questions about collections and make spending decisions with better information.

Make your plan usable

A useful budget explains the assumptions behind the numbers. We help connect revenue plans to margins, staffing, operating costs and working capital. Scenario planning shows what changes if collections slow, demand softens or an investment takes longer to contribute.

Bring financial discipline to everyday decisions

Virtual CFO support can bring structure to management reporting and review discussions. Agree a short set of measures that matters to your business, identify who owns each action and revisit the plan when conditions change.

Who this is for

  • Founders who need better visibility before expanding.
  • SMEs with uneven collections or working-capital pressure.
  • Established businesses improving budgets and reporting.
  • Owner-managed companies building a more regular finance review.

What progress looks like

The goal is a usable forecast, clearer decisions and an agreed review rhythm. Commercial outcomes depend on execution, market conditions and your business circumstances; revenue or profit improvements are not guaranteed.

Can a profitable business still have cash-flow problems?

Yes. Sales recorded as revenue may not have been collected, while payroll, suppliers and other obligations still need to be paid. A cash-flow forecast separates expected receipts from accounting profit.

What does virtual CFO support cover?

Depending on your agreed scope, it can include budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, management reporting, scenario planning and financial input into business decisions. It does not automatically include statutory audit or fundraising execution.

What information helps at the start?

Recent management accounts, receivables and payables ageing, borrowing commitments and your growth plans are useful. We agree an appropriate way to share documents after the initial enquiry.
